This is a cozy, beginner-friendly gathering created for anyone who wants to:

During this session, we’ll breathe together, reflect together, and hold a space that feels calm, safe, and deeply human. Winter is easier when we don’t go through it alone and meditation becomes even more powerful when shared with a warm, welcoming community.
Whether you’re new to meditation or already practice it, this session is simply about showing up as you are and giving yourself a moment of stillness.
This is part of my journey to build a mindful, supportive community in Mississauga and I would be honored to have you join me.
A small, accessible ticket of $5 helps cover the space while keeping the event open to everyone.
