Upcoming Meeting of the Mississippi Real Estate Professionals on September 13, 2016.
Next Tuesday is our lucky day to learn How to buy State Owned Tax Forfeited Properties at the upcoming Auction for the tri-county area.
Not quite pennies on the dollar but close.
Kelly McMullan, Attorney and head of the Public Lands Division of the Mississippi Secretary of State's Office, will tell us about the opportunity.
Our meeting room on the 2nd floor won't be available till 6:00 PM but we will meet downstairs at the Manship watering hole from 5:30 till 6:00. We will finish at 7:00 and then to a meal at Keiffer's.
The meeting cost is $10 per person or $15 per family couple. Meal on your own. We have to rent the room.
Bring a flyer with anything you want to market to the group.
