Agile (Kanban and Scrum) in Missoula Software Teams

We have a number of software development teams in Missoula using different flavors of agile to manage their work efforts. Both Kanban and Scrum can be found in different ways around town.
We will present the basics of the “why” each method is used from a general perspective and then quickly join a panel discussion with leaders from shops around town who will tell their stories and answer some questions.
It is important for us to share ideas on what works and what doesn’t to create better workplaces and to maximize the effectiveness of our time in the office so we can enjoy life after work.
