Dia de los Muertos celebrates the belief that the spirits of the deceased return to the world of the living during this time. It is a joyful and colorful occasion that embraces death as a natural part of the human experience, rather than a somber or fearful event.
This holiday has helped me navigate my grief after losing so many family members. It is a day to honor and celebrate our loved ones.
