CoachUP! is a community where people of all ages, genders, races, and creeds get together to make a positive impact in their lives. There is no one-size-fits-all solution, so each member is honored as a unique individual with unique needs and requirements in order to live and thrive.

OUR VISION

Create a world revolving around the most valuable asset we humans possess: the ability to connect. To others, to nature, to life, to our Selves, to the energy surrounding us, to the present, past & future.

Our community meets in a mediated environment. Holding an open space for one another while honoring the mindset of unconditional positive regard creates life-affirming connections. Also, when the need arises (and everyone feels ready), we delve deeper into somatic and emotional experiences. We explore such topics as:

communication
transformation
relationships
awareness
self-knowledge
managing career/work
building healthy structures in life
connecting with the body and emotions
releasing stress and creating peace of mind

In our exploration we make use of scientific and intuitive knowledge ranging from psychology, coaching, and yoga, all the way to Ayurveda, astrology, and human design.
