Join Mitia FC for an exciting futsal session! Our team includes local and international players, primarily from Myanmar. Whether you're a seasoned player or just love the game, come for friendly competition and fun!

Event Details:

• This session is friendship & training match games session.
• Club Management Fee: 500JPY (Please have the exact amount ready after the game.) Note: Players who play rough or engage in fighting may be declined participation in future events.
• Facility Includes: Goal, lighting, futsal ball, bibs, and toilet facilities.
• Location: Kosuge West Futsal Court (Google Map Link )
• Access:
  ① 14-minute walk from Kosuge Station (小菅駅)
  ②20-minute walk from Horikirishōbuen Station (堀切菖蒲園駅)
  ③20-minute walk from Ayase Station (綾瀬駅)
• Skill Level: Intermediate or Advanced
  ・Team entries are also welcome! We can arrange friendship games.
• For First Timers:
  If this is your first time joining us, please read through all the event details. Write "This is my first time joining this event" in the comment section when you RSVP. Also, send a message to the event host with your background to help us balance the teams.
• Cancellation Policy:
  ① Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the game starts.
  ② Please do not cancel without notice.
  ③ Cancelling within 24 hours of the event or without notice will result in being marked as a No-Show, which may affect your ability to join future events.
• Waitlist Policy:
  ・Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot.
  ・Only those on the Going list can join the session.
  ・If plans change, update your status to Not Going.
  ・If you are moved from the waitlist to the Going list and do not attend, you will be marked as a No-Show.
• Bringing Friends as Guests:
  ① Friends should register themselves first.
  ② If you’ve joined our events before and want to bring guests, comment to let us know. Otherwise, your guest might be removed from the list.
• Gameplay and Rules:
  ① Basic soccer rules apply, including no back-passes to the goalkeeper.
  ② No tackles (shoulder or sliding) to avoid injuries.
  ③ Wear appropriate shoes for synthetic grass (no spikes).
  ④ Each game is 10 minutes long.

  ⑥ We play 5-a-side futsal.
• Entering a Team:
  ・Team entry is allowed only if the RSVP list has 10 or fewer members.
  ・Message Zay Ya with your:
  ① Team name
  ② Preferred kit color or bib color
• Current Teams

Note: If you are not at an intermediate or advanced skill level, you may be removed from our group.
Additional Note: Any injuries or issues are your own responsibility.
Payment: The fee can be paid in-person by cash or PayPay.
Weather and Participation:

• The session may be canceled due to bad weather or insufficient players.
• We will proceed with at least 10 players.

① ကစားပွဲ မစတင်ခင် ၂၄ နာရီမတိုင်မီတွင် “Cancel (Not Going)” လုပ်ခြင်းအား ခွင့်ပြုပါသည်။
② ကစားပွဲ မစတင်ခင် ၂၄ နာရီအတွင်း Cancel (Not Going) လုပ်ခြင်း (သို့) Going စာရင်းတွင်ရှိသော်လည်း လာရောက်ကစားခြင်း မပြုလုပ်ပါက No-Show အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ပါမည်။
➡️ No-Show ဖြစ်ပါက နောင်အခါ ကစားခွင့် ပယ်ဖျက်ခံရနိုင်ပါသည်။

**🕒Waitlist စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်း **

• စောင့်ဆိုင်း (Waitlist) စာရင်းတွင်ရှိသူများအနေဖြင့် ကစားခွင့်ရမည်ကို အာမခံမထားပါ။
• Going စာရင်းတွင်ပါဝင်သူများသာ သေချာကစားခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။
• Waitlist တွင်ရှိ၍ လာရောက်မကစားနိုင်သောအခြေအနေပြောင်းလဲပါက “Not Going” သို့ ပြောင်းပါ (သို့) စီစဥ်သူထံ အကြောင်းကြားပါ။
• ကစားပွဲ မစတင်ခင် တစ်ရက်အလို Waitlist မှ Going သို့ ပြောင်းပြီး လာရောက်မကစားပါက No-Show အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ခံရပါမည်။ ➡️ ထိုအခါ နောင်အခါ လာရောက်ကစားခွင့် ပယ်ဖျက်ခံရနိုင်ပါသည်။
• ကစားပွဲ မစတင်ခင် ၂၄ နာရီအတွင်း Waitlist စာရင်း တွင်သာရှိသောသူသည် မလာရောက်ဘဲနေခြင်းကို ခွင့်ပြုပါသည်။

**👥သူငယ်ချင်းများ ခေါ်လာလိုပါက**
① သူငယ်ချင်းများကို ကိုယ်တိုင် App/Platform မှတဆင့် စာရင်းသွင်းရန် တိုက်တွန်းပါ။
② Guest အဖြစ် +ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းဖြင့် စာရင်းသွင်းထားပါက ထိုသူကိုယ်တိုင် တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။ မလာနိုင်ပါက ၂၄ နာရီမတိုင်မီ Guest စာရင်းမှ ဖယ်ရှားပါ။
③ ယခင်ကတည်းက ကစားဖူးသူဖြစ်ပြီး သူယ်ချင်းက စာရင်းသွင်းဖို့ အခက်အခဲ ရှိပါက comment မှတဆင့် (သို့) စီစဥ်သူထံ အသိပေးပါ။
④ လူဦးရေပြည့်နေပါက သူငယ်ချင်းအတွက် Guest + လုပ်၍ စာရင်းမပေးသွင်းနိုင်ပါ။

**မှတ်ချက်** - ယခု Group သည် Intermediate/Advance Level ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် Intermediate/Advance Level အနေအထားမရှိပါက Groupမှ ဖယ်ရှားနိုင်ပါသည်။
