Rules & Notes
・Rough play or fighting is strictly prohibited.
・Injuries are your own responsibility.
・If your level is below Intermediate, participation may be declined.
・Team entries welcome (Friendly matches available. Please DM the organizer.)

Cancellation Policy
・Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the game.
・Cancellation within 24 hours or No-Show → ¥500 penalty.
・Repeated No-Show may result in removal from future events.

Waitlist Policy
・Waitlist does not guarantee participation.
・Only “Going” list players can play.
・If moved to “Going” and absent → treated as No-Show.

Guest Policy
・Guests must register themselves.
(Guest entries limited. Contact organizer in advance if you want to join with specific players.)
・If you with a guest, you are responsible.
・Late cancellation of guests (within 24h) → penalty applies.

Weather
・Session may be canceled due to bad weather or insufficient players.

စည်းမျဉ်းများ
・အကြမ်းဖက်ကစားခြင်း၊ ရန်ဖြစ်ခြင်း မပြုလုပ်ရ။
・ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာများသည် ကိုယ်ပိုင်တာဝန်ဖြစ်သည်။
・Intermediate အဆင့်မရှိပါက နောက်ပွဲစဥ်များ ပါဝင်ခွင့် ကန့်သတ်နိုင်သည်။
・အသင်းလိုက် ပါဝင်ခြင်းလည်း ကြိုဆိုပါသည်။ (စီစဉ်သူထံ msg ဖြင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပါ)

Cancel စည်းမျဉ်း
・ပွဲမစမီ ၂၄ နာရီမတိုင်မီ Cancel လုပ်နိုင်သည်။
・၂၄ နာရီအတွင်း Cancel (သို့) No-Show ဖြစ်ပါက ¥500 ဒဏ်ကြေး။
・ထပ်ခါတလဲလဲ No-Show ဖြစ်ပါက နောင်တွင် ပါဝင်ခွင့် ကန့်သတ်ပါမည်။

Waitlist စည်းမျဉ်း
・Waitlist စာရင်းတွင်ရှိသော သူများ ကစားခွင့် အာမခံမထားပါ။
・Going စာရင်းတွင်ပါဝင်သူများသာ ကစားနိုင်သည်။
・Waitlist မှ Going သို့ ပြောင်းပြီး မလာပါက No-Show သတ်မှတ်မည်။

Guest စည်းမျဉ်း
・Guest များသည် ကိုယ်တိုင် စာရင်းသွင်းရမည်။
( Guest များထည့်သွင်းခြင်း ခွင့်မပြုပါ။ ခြွင်းချက် အနေဖြင့် ကိုယ်နှင့်အတူ ကစားလိုသော သူများ ကိုယ်တိုင် စာရင်း သွင်း ဖို့ အခက် အခဲ ရှိပါက စီစဉ်သူထံ ကြိုတင် ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။ )
・စီစဉ်သူမှ Guest လုပ်ထားပေးပြီး join ပါက ထို Guest အတွက်ပါ တာဝန်ယူရမည်။
・၂၄ နာရီအတွင်း Guest နေရာ အတွက် Cancel လုပ်ပါက ဒဏ်ကြေး ပေးဆောင်ရမည်။

ရာသီဥတု
・ကစား မည့် အချိန် အတွင်း ရာသီဥတု ဆိုးရွားမူရှိလျှင် ပွဲဖျက်နိုင်သည်။
