From serene park spaces to charming island homes, this walk offers tranquility, fresh air, and great conversation.

### 🗺️ Walk Highlights

We’ll begin at Hanlan’s Point, a quiet and peaceful part of the island. From there, we’ll walk to Centre Island where we’ll take a short break and enjoy the city skyline. Then we’ll follow the boardwalk to Ward’s Island, exploring its unique residential community, gardens, and waterfront charm.
✨ Whether you’re new to walking, need a mental reset, or just want a great view of the city—this is your perfect midweek escape.

• Meetup Time: 6:15 PM (We will only wait a few minutes – please be on time!)
• Meetup Spot: Inside the Ferry Docks, near the bathrooms. Look for me in the Moose Hat 🦌
• Ferry Leaves: 6:30 PM sharp
  (We’ll take the Hanlan’s Point Ferry – if you miss it, it’ll be hard to catch up.)

## 🌳 Blythwood Ravine & Don Valley River Walk

Join us for one of Toronto’s most unique walks! This route winds through scenic parks, shady ravines, and lush forest paths—giving you a new perspective on the city you thought you knew. From historic gardens to flowing rivers, this walk is full of surprises and natural beauty.
Whether you're new to Toronto or a local explorer—this is one walk you don’t want to miss!

• Time: 11:00 AM (We’ll only wait 5 minutes—please be on time!)
• Meetup Location: Outside Locke Library – I’ll be the one wearing the Moose Hat 🦌
• End Point: Near Eglinton & Don Mills (We will NOT return to the library)
• After-Walk Stop: Optional hangout at McDonald’s to relax and get to know everyone.

### 👟 Important Notes

• This is a moderate to challenging walk. Please wear proper walking shoes—some parts are off-road, muddy, or steep.
• Be ready for hills, stairs, and downhill paths.
• You must be able to walk independently and manage terrain safely.

We’ll start at Locke Library, walk through:

• Alexander Muir Memorial Gardens
• Blythwood Ravine
• Sherwood Park
• Sunnybrook Park
• E.T. Seton Park North
• Ending near the Ontario Science Centre, with a chance to grab Tim Hortons or McDonald’s at the end.

🕐 Total Walk Time: Approx. 1 hour walking + 30-minute break
🚍 Transit help will be provided at the end of the walk.

Looking for a relaxing way to enjoy the city? Join us for a scenic walk along Toronto’s beautiful waterfront as we make our way to Sunnyside Beach — one of the oldest and most charming beaches in the city!
This is a flat, beginner-friendly walk, perfect for anyone wanting to stretch their legs, meet new people, and soak up some lakeside vibes. Just be prepared to keep pace with the group — we walk at a steady but social speed!

⏳ We’ll wait 5 minutes before heading out.
Meetup Location: In front of the BeaverTails Red Building by the waterfront. Look for Mathew in his signature Moose Hat — you can’t miss it!
End Point: Sunnyside Beach, where we’ll stop to rest, snack, chat, and enjoy the waterfront.

Looking for a great way to spend an evening? Join us for a light and social walk through the Danforth as we make our way to Riverdale Park, home to one of the best sunset views of the Toronto skyline. 🌆
This 6km walk is flat and beginner-friendly — no hills, just good company, great views, and some easy steps to end your day on a high note. A perfect opportunity to meet new people and explore a beautiful part of the city together!
