🌿 Walk: Tommy Thompson Park 🐦

Let’s have refreshing walk through Tommy Thompson Park, one of Toronto’s most unique outdoor spaces. The park is famous for being one of the best bird-watching spots in the city (with more than 300 species recorded!), as well as a prime destination for wildlife viewing, fishing, and soaking up stunning views of Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline.
We’ll wander scenic trails, explore some of the off-road paths, and make our way to the lighthouse for a break before looping back. After the walk, join us for a casual lunch at Wendy’s or Tim Hortons nearby — a chance to rest, refuel, and get to know each other better.

📍 Location: By the parking area near the pavilion/bathrooms (look for me in my Moose Hat 🦌)
🕚 Time: 11:00am sharp — I’ll only wait 5 minutes, so please be on time.

• This is a long walk (approx. 3 hours + break). If you’re not comfortable walking at a steady pace for that long, this event may not be for you.
• No dogs are allowed in the park (park rules).
