Toronto Island is one of the city’s most beloved parks — and in the fall, it’s absolutely magical. With the summer crowds gone, the island feels calmer and more peaceful, making it the perfect time to explore. The crisp air, vibrant autumn leaves, and golden light over the water create a stunning backdrop for photos and reflection. Plus, the views of the Toronto skyline are some of the very best you’ll find anywhere in the city.
This walk is about 6km and very easy — flat paths, no hills, and plenty of spots to stop and enjoy the scenery. It’s perfect for those new to walking groups or just looking for a relaxing, social way to spend a fall afternoon outdoors.

📍 Meetup Location: Inside the Ferry Docks beside the bathrooms. Look for me in my Moose Hat 🦌.
🕚 Meetup Time: 11:00am
⛴️ Ferry Leaves: 11:15am sharp. We are taking the Hanlan’s Point Ferry. Please be on time — once we’re on the ferry, it will be difficult to catch up.
🎟️ Ferry Cost: $9.19 — you must buy your ticket before signing up for the event.
