Louie has trained and worked in some of the best restaurants, hotels, and catering companies around the world, as well as his local knowledge he has a wealth of experience. With about 30 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry Louie holds a Certificate III Commercial Cookery Diploma, Diploma of Hospitality and Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Being adaptable, Louie can deliver the ultimate fine dining experience in the comfort of his restaurant/bar, your home or your venue of choice that will tantalise the taste buds of any of your guests. Customising your event with the best products, ingredients and his own recipes that will ensure you and your guests will have lasting memories.
