This event is an introduction to the basics of Rolling the Rope. You will learn how to adjust the rope to you, the basic mechanics of rolling, and the 4 foundational moves you will need to master to flow.

What you will need:

  • Comfortable clothing that you can move in
  • A water bottle
  • Sunglasses and sun protection
  • Ropes are limited to RSVP's if you have your own message me for a discount.

  • RSVP
  • No experience necessary
