Also, we'll be in Glasgow for the first time, so make sure to not miss it! And feel free to bring along others who might be also interested.

Many thanks to ISO for hosting us and for providing refreshments. Please make sure to scroll after the agenda section to read more about them.

About ISO, straight from the source:

ISO is a digital media and software studio. We design, direct and build large scale interactive and immersive projects. We specialise in design-led cultural projects for Museums, Galleries and Brand Experience Centres; we also create motion graphics and animated content for television and create ambitious online digital projects that are experienced across web, social and mobile. In all our work we aim to produce engaging narrative experiences that explore new or innovative applications of technology, with high quality visual content. Out clients range from cultural institutions and corporations to architects, spatial designers, broadcasters, technology companies and artists.

A key part of our studio practice is research and exploring new technologies, working methods and innovative ways of defining media and interaction design. This can be a challenge when in the midst of fast-moving live projects, so this year we launched ISO’s dedicated R&D facility ISO*Labs, a creative technology team work on a slate of projects with key partners and academia to explore, define and launch new services and projects. A focus of this research for our developers and programmers is AR, VR and Mixed Realities, and their possible applications in creative and cultural institutions.
