Free Self Defense Seminar - 5 Ways to Choke Your Opponent Unconscious! Near FIU

This is Marcos Avellan with the Freestyle Fighting Academy and Women-Only Fitness Bootcamp. We are hosting a FREE self-defense seminar for men and women. The seminar is a choke seminar - we will be teaching 5 different chokes. These chokes are easy but super effective - and everyone that attends will leave the seminar armed with some very lethal moves!

I have pulled these moves off countless times in competitions and pro fights. These are some of the same chokes that I have also taught in seminars that I have conducted for the National Guard and the Miami-Dade Police Department. I've also taught these same chokes in my Women-Only seminar for the south Florida Police... and now FFA is going to share these same chokes to everyone on our email list!

Why are we doing the FREE seminar? To promote our gym and get a good buzz going on with our program. Hopefully everyone that comes in will like it and decide to be a member. The seminar is completely free and you can bring friends.

We are limiting the seminar to 16 people to prevent over-crowding.
