Hello!
Through all my years of working as a recording/mixing/mastering engineer and music producer, I have met many people who either brought their songs in a Logic Pro project to me so I could tidy it up and mix/master as well as work on the production, or people who wanted to learn how to produce themselves, create music in Logic Pro and also mix/master.
What stayed with me is that most of them said the same thing: "I feel stuck".
Every time I ended up giving them the same "lecture" so eventually I decided to create a group of people who are facing that very same issue, which will eventually lead to some masterclasses, affordable one to one crash courses, mentoring and also sharing educational material that I have created myself.
Celebrating individuality in music and audio production, I aim to bring people together who are looking to explore sound in terms of production, mixing and mastering beyond the limitations of formulaic and generic approaches.
Just like songwriting, audio mixing can (and should!) be as unique as the producer themselves, provided of course that we understand the basics of audio signal processing.
I know that people are being bombarded online with templates, plugins, presets and samples for sale that offer quick and easy solutions. But we are all different in our taste in music, artistic identity and creative needs so we are organizing masterclasses that celebrate individuality and different approaches as well as thinking outside the box, focusing on mixing, mastering and music production.
Please note that I will be focusing on Logic Pro as it has been my DAW of choice for over 12 years. But fear not, because whichever software you are using, sound is sound and all techniques and approaches are interchangeable.
Colours and interfaces may be different, but mixing/mastering and music production is always the same!
