You can park at the train station for around £5 for the day or on the residential streets next to the station.

Join us for a stunning loop walk starting from Goring and Streatley railway station, featuring the serene Wroxhills Wood. The highlight is the breathtaking descent towards Elvendon Lane, offering spectacular views of the landscape.

You'll also explore Hartslock Nature Reserve, a chalk downland hill with panoramic views over the River Thames and Goring Gap. This area is rich in diverse wildlife and designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

Enjoy the tranquil scenery of the River Thames and lush green fields along the way, making this a perfect escape into nature, especially on a clear, sunny day.

This is an intermediate-level walk with some hill walking.

The walk is around 3.5 hours but we will stop for lunch. Please bring a packed lunch and at least a litre of water.
