Dunstable downs loop from Whipsnade via Studham ~8 miles

Meeting point and parking:
We will meet outside the Dunstable Downs Chilterns Gateway Centre, Whipsnade Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 2GY

Park here but please be aware, this is a national trust carpark so is free for members otherwise there is a £3.50 fee for all-day parking. Do car share if you can or let me know if you’d like a lift from MK. Participants, do please add a comment if you can offer a lift.

The route: An intermediate-level walk at an average pace of 2.5 miles to 3 miles an hour.
There will be some hill walking, with a maximum elevation of 850 feet.
A beautiful walk through open fields, woodlands, and small villages, with some stunning views of Dunstable Downs.
The walk takes around 3 hours but we will stop for a break so do bring lunch/snacks and up to 1 litre of water.

Fee: There is a £1 fee for this walk. Please bring on the day.

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
Do bring snacks/lunch and up to 1 litre of water.
