This route passes through Loughton Valley Linear Park, Bradwell Abbey, past the concrete cows, and through Bancroft Roman Villa
The walk takes approximately an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes
This is a muddy walk in places, so please wear suitable footwear
Torches will be needed as not all places on this route will be lit
