Sharpenhoe Clappers walk ~4.8 miles (plus Sunday lunch/drinks)

An intermediate-level scenic walk at a pace of 2.5-2.8 miles per hour with some steep inclines. The route takes us through Sharpenhoe Clappers and offers stunning views of woodlands and countryside along the way.

We will follow the paths across the grassland and Sharpenhoe Clappers, a chalk escarpment with remnants of an Iron Age hillfort.

Fee: There is a £1 fee for this event.

What to bring:
Please wear suitable layers and footwear.
Please bring snacks and water.

You are responsible for keeping up with the rest of the group at all times.
Please inform the walk leader if you leave the walk before reaching the end point.
