About us
Our circles offer a space for men to explore what’s happening in their lives right now. Some come because they want to make a change, others because something feels missing, or because they rarely find places where they can speak openly. The structure helps men listen without judgment, challenge each other respectfully, and strengthen their personal leadership.
We are affiliated with MKP, but we are an autonomous group. The Mankind Project (MKP) is a global volunteer-run organization dedicated to men’s personal development. We create safe and supportive spaces where men can practice honesty, responsibility, and emotional awareness. MKP is non-religious and non-political.
If you want to explore men’s work in a practical way, joining a men's circle is a great place to start.

MKP In Person Men's Circle / Mannencirkel (Engelstalig)
MKP Amsterdam, Javastraat 124, Amsterdam, NLI’m the organizer and point of contact, but each session is facilitated by a different leader. This evening will be led by Horia.
Most men don't come here because something is wrong in their lives. They come because they want more — more depth in their friendships, more clarity on what they actually want, more honesty with themselves and the people around them. They come because they're done with conversations that stay on the surface. This is a bi-weekly circle for men who are ready to go deeper.
What to expect
We sit together as equals. No hierarchy, no advice unless you ask for it, no fixing. Just honest conversation with men who are willing to show up fully. You choose what you bring — it can be something that's been weighing on you, or something you're trying to understand better, or simply the question of what's next for you. The evening moves through connection, personal work, and closing with appreciation. This circle is for you if:
Life is good and you want more from it, it's hard and you need support, or anything in between.During the evening
We use a simple structure, moving through connection, creating a safe setting, doing personal work, and closing with appreciation for what we’ve explored. A brief overview of this structure can be found in the I-Group poster.
You choose what you want to work on, whether small or big. Every man listens without judgment, and no one gives unsolicited advice. The structure is simple and safe, so you can explore what matters.Practical info
