This is a free weekly men’s support group held online. If you are interested in peer-supported personal growth work in a non-judgmental and affirming context, and - when you want it - in honest, insightful, challenging, supportive and caring feedback, we invite you to join us for a meeting to see how our group fits for you.

We believe men can rise above the stigma of our times and gather in a way that creates positive change that will benefit not only ourselves, but also our families, communities and world as a whole. We welcome men of all creeds, colours, faiths and sexual orientations.
We are affiliated with an international organization called the Mankind Project.
