Men get exposed to a lot of information at an MKP training. So much, in fact, that more time is needed to digest it all.

So how do you take all that good information and use it to shape the rest of your self-awareness journey? You start with this class, because the real work begins when you get home and start sitting in circle. This class helps you integrate what you learned and gives you tools to create a safe circle, understand how the circle works, plus some basic processes to work with other men in a safe way. Get comfortable speaking your truth, processing conflict, holding others accountable, and being held accountable.
