COUNTRY ROADS AND HIGHWAY RIDE

THIS WAS A RIDE ORIGINALLY SUGGESTED SOME YEARS AGO BY MLC CREW PATCH MEMBER ANTHONY GIULIANO. IT WAS SO GOOD OF A ROUTE, WE WILL DO IT AGAIN!!!

The MLC CREW will stage at 8:30am-ish at the MAZDA DEALERSHIP (the old BED, BATH & BEYOND), 251 TARRYTOWN RD (RT.119), ELMSFORD NY 10523. We'll leave and head East on Rt.119 to the I-287 Exit 4 Overpass, go over the over pass and get onto I-287 W. The MLC CREW will take I-287W OVER THE TAPAN ZEE BRIDGE to the PALLISADES PKWY N. We'll take that up for a nice northerly run up to ROUTE 6 W to NY-17W. We'll stay on 17W to EXIT 130 and make a right onto NY-208N towards Washingtonville. Some nice winding country roads through some small towns. Once in Washingtonville, the MLC CREW will turn left onto W. MAIN STREET (NY-94 South) and take that towards CHESTER. The MLC CREW will stop for breakfast at THE CHESTER DINER, 67 BROOKSIDE AVE, CHESTER, NY 10918.

After breakfast we can take NY-17 E towards I-87S or Rt. 6 E to get back.

This might be a just slightly longer ride than usual, but it is a great ride to do!! Since it is ANTHONY's suggested ride, he may perhaps take lead on this one if he can make it!! If he can’t, I got it!!
