An Introductory Look at Spirituality

Details

The concept of spirituality, although interesting and attractive, can often be challenging to clearly understand. This class provides an opportunity to ask questions and explore ideas which will give us a better grasp on what spirituality is, and how we can practically incorporate it into our everyday lives.

We accept donations if you would like to help us cover the costs of putting on the events, but there is no obligation. All of our events are FREE.

HOW TO FIND US:
Our location will be easily accessible from the Sugarhouse Garden Center parking lot right off of 2100 S, and the community garden within Sugarhouse Park.
From the Garden Center, walk south behind the center for a couple hundred yards and you will see us set up in the grass. There will also be a "Meditation SLC" banner that may be visible as you approach.
From the community garden and the road within Sugarhouse Park, park by the community garden and walk to the east behind the garden for about a hundred yards. Have a look for the "Meditation SLC" banner. The community garden is on the east side of the Sugarhouse Park, past the Highland Highschool ball fields and up the small hill.
(Check out the map and pin for a visual and coordinates.)

**Come prepared with appropriate clothes for the weather, and something to sit on if you like. We will be in the grass.

Please feel free to be in touch with any questions, or if you have any trouble finding us! I will answer calls and respond to texts until the program starts.
