Attendees will learn best practices to prepare for and navigate layoffs including next steps for approaching the job search.

Nicole Centanni is a seasoned career coach with 20 years of experience in higher education, dedicated to supporting diverse student and alumni populations.
As the Associate Director and Alumni Career Coach at the Carlson Business Career Center within the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, she develops alumni career resources, and provides strategic career guidance to help individuals navigate their professional journeys.
Nicole takes a holistic approach to career. She holds an MA in Counseling Psychology and is a ICF trained Life Coach and teaches courses on wellbeing and career theory at Bethel University.
