Mike Larson has spent more than three decades in Human Resources, helping organizations attract and develop talent and navigate organizational change. Throughout his career, he has coached leaders at every level and helped companies build stronger, more resilient workforces.

Outside of his corporate work, Mike has a long history of volunteering as a job‑search coach. He volunteers with Crossroads, helps veterans via the Hire Heroes network, and has collaborated with other church-based job transition groups.

He genuinely enjoys helping people find clarity, direction, and a little hope during career transitions.
