What if this uncertain season isn’t simply something to get through? What if God is using it to prepare you for something you couldn’t have anticipated, or perhaps wouldn’t have considered before?
Drawing from Scripture and his own unexpected career turns, Leary Gates will explore how to approach transition with hope, attentiveness, and expectancy without pretending the uncertainty isn’t real.

Leary Gates knows something about career paths that don't follow a straight line. Over more than four decades, he has been a corporate executive, entrepreneur, business owner, CEO advisor, technology executive, and ministry leader. And occasionally someone wondering what God had in mind next.
Those unexpected turns have shaped Leary's interest in how faith changes the way we approach work, uncertainty, leadership, and transition. Today, he advises and coaches business leaders through Strategic CEO, serves in executive and advisory roles with technology companies, and continues to serve churches and Christian ministries. He has taught and spoken on faith, leadership, and business for more than 40 years. Leary and his wife, Anna, live in Eagan.
