She's the CEO of Dream Lab. Before that, she worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cray, Inc., Ameriprise Financial, American Express, and a whole bunch of nonprofits and startups. Although she's had a lot of great experiences, the most important thing you should know about her is that she's been in the same position you're in right now. She's been through job transition, and with the help of organizations like Crossroads, she's always found herself in a better position than the one she left.
