From 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM we discuss RANDOM BITS where anybody can bring information to the group that might be useful or important when considering the future. Then the presentation starts at 10 AM and lasts until noon. There is usually some time for discussion.

Presenter - Dave Bengston
Dave Bengston is an Environmental Futurist and Social Scientist, recently retired from the Strategic Foresight Group of the USDA Forest Service, Northern Research Station. He’s also an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota where he teaches an Honors Seminar on environmental futures. Dave was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Eastern Finland in 2023, and an OECD Research Fellow at Seoul National University in 2004.
