MN Cloud Computing -- OpenStack Discussion

The Dec. meeting, on Mon. evening 12/12, will be a session on OpenStack, one of the leading private-cloud platforms, which is being adopted by a number of major entities, in the Twin Cities and elsewhere.

The OpenStack presentation is by Ken Proulx, an OpenStack evangelist, owner of OpenRack Ready and PRX Technologies. (OpenRack Ready provides "cloud in a box") Topics Ken will be covering are:

• The Business Case for OpenStack
