Welcome to the MNeurodivergent Rochester Community!

We’re so glad you found us. This group is part of MNeurodivergent, a Minnesota-based nonprofit dedicated to creating welcoming, affirming, and accessible spaces where neurodivergent adults can connect, socialize, and build community.

Our Rochester community is growing, and we’re excited to create a space for neurodivergent adults in Southeastern Minnesota to meet others who understand their experiences, share support, and foster authentic connections. Whether you're in Rochester, Byron, Stewartville, or nearby, you are welcome here.

This group is for adults who are autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, Tourettic, OCD, or otherwise neurodivergent—including those with sensory processing differences, learning disabilities, cognitive variations, or mental health-related neurodivergence. You are welcome whether you’re self-diagnosed, formally diagnosed, or still exploring your identity. If you relate to being neurodivergent, this space is for you.

We host low-pressure, neurodivergent-friendly events designed around comfort, consent, and community. You can bring headphones, stim toys, take breaks, or simply observe—there’s no pressure to socialize in a particular way. Whether you're chatty or quiet, new to groups or familiar with peer spaces, you belong.

Events may include quiet meetups, game nights, nature walks, interest-based gatherings, and more. All events follow MNeurodivergent’s Code of Conduct, which centers inclusion, respect, and safety for all participants.

Our organizers are neurodivergent volunteers who are here to support you. If you have questions, access needs, or social concerns, feel free to reach out.
