Presentation 1:
Tri-Layer Testing Architecture by Péter Földházi
The Tri-Layer Testing Architecture gives a good overview on how to design test automation solutions easily and quickly. The three layers are Test Scripts (runnable test scripts), Business Logic (all the application specific libraries) and Core Libraries (independent, reusable libraries). Following this approach allows you to reuse parts of your existing framework in order to quickly build new frameworks on other projects.
Presentation 2:
Embracing Disruption: Adding a Bit of Chaos To Help You Grow! by Paul Balogh
To ensure the highest levels of reliability, you must perform a suite of testing types. Incorporate contract tests to validate APIs; load tests for scaling predictability. But how to test for those inevitable failures? Let's learn from Chaos Engineering principles by incorporating disruptive behavior into your system before production.
Please join us for this in-person event! Please, be sure to RSVP so that we can plan the food appropriately. We greatly appreciate your help as we try to ensure the safety and comfort of those attending.
