Mobile Monastery Chautauqua Tour Presents: A Weekend of Mindfulness and Healing.
At Ethos Xchange (4862 Voltaire St, San Diego, CA) in Ocean Beach. February 6–8 | Drop in anytime!

Our tour will be stopping by San Diego for three days of meditation, movement, chanting, breathwork, and community healing!
Come for a single workshop or settle in for the full weekend—each day offers nourishing practices that support grounding, insight, and meaningful human connection.

Here's what we have in store each day...

Friday, Feb 6 — 3pm–6pm
- Tea & Healing Salon — Make new friends over tea and be nourished by healing offerings such as massage, biomat, crystal bowls, and more.
- Guided Meditation — A welcoming space for beginners to learn meditation and for experienced practitioners to deepen their practice.
- Movement Flow — Contact improvisation, movement meditation, and somatic awareness to rediscover joy and spontaneity through mindful movement.

Saturday, Feb 7 — 11am–5pm
- Chanting — Connect with the rhythms of sacred songs while singing in harmony together.
- Dharma Talk: Buddhism as a Foundation to Address AI Risk — Explore how Buddhist teachings can guide our response to emerging technologies.

Sunday, Feb 8 — 11am–5pm
- Breathwork — Restorative breathing practices to support inner connection and energize the body’s systems.
- Chi Gung (Qigong) — An ancient movement art that restores energy, releases tension, and steadies the emotions.
Dharma Talk: Coming Home to Our Bodies — A guided journey into inhabiting the body with awareness.

A spacious community gathering filled with song, meditation, movement, healing arts, and reflective conversation. Come for a single session or settle in for the full day—each offering invites connection, presence, and nourishing practice.

What We'll Be Exploring Together:

Chanting — Connect with the rhythms of sacred songs while singing in harmony together.

Guided Meditation — For beginners learning how to meditate and experienced practitioners deepening their practice.

Movement Flow — Contact improvisation, movement meditation, and somatic awareness to rediscover the joy and spontaneity of improv movement.

Tea and Healing Salon — Make new friends over tea and be nourished by offerings such as massage, biomat, crystal bowls, and more.

Dharma Talk: Buddhism as a Foundation to Address AI Risk — A talk and group discussion exploring questions such as: Are AIs conscious? Should AI be aligned with human values? How can wisdom and compassion be taught to these entities?
