A spacious community gathering filled with song, meditation, movement, healing arts, and reflective conversation. Come for a single session or settle in for the full day—each offering invites connection, presence, and nourishing practice.

What We'll Be Exploring Together:

Chanting — Connect with the rhythms of sacred songs while singing in harmony together.

Guided Meditation — For beginners learning how to meditate and experienced practitioners deepening their practice.

Movement Flow — Contact improvisation, movement meditation, and somatic awareness to rediscover the joy and spontaneity of improv movement.

Tea and Healing Salon — Make new friends over tea and be nourished by offerings such as massage, biomat, crystal bowls, and more.

Dharma Talk: Buddhism as a Foundation to Address AI Risk — A talk and group discussion exploring questions such as: Are AIs conscious? Should AI be aligned with human values? How can wisdom and compassion be taught to these entities?
