Welcome to Mobility Mondays! This meetup is perfect for those looking to get in shape and enjoy working out with like-minded individuals. This Meetup will focus on strength and mobility training for runners, right on Pier 97 field on the Hudson River. If you are looking for workout buddies or running partners to hit Central Park on weekends, check us out!
Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this group is a great opportunity to motivate each other and stay accountable to your fitness goals. Join us every other Monday for a fun and challenging workout session to kickstart your week and help you feel strong and empowered. Let's get moving together!

What's Mobility Monday?
It's a gentle circuit training class fit for all levels to strengthen your lower body, loosen up your hips and to get you ready for marathon training season, and hopefully get you faster on your big day. Class will be taught by Devin Pownall, who has worked with me for over 3 years. Devin knows a thing or two about high maintenance runners like me. This class is for everyone, and it's free, so feel free to jump in and bring your friends as well!Time: 6:30pm
