Sound Healing Journey

Join us for a truly restorative and relaxing experience on this harmonic journey using Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, hand drums, chimes and more. This experience is intended to promote well-being by creating stillness, balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. Participants should bring their comfort items such as a yoga mat, cushions, eye mask, blanket, pillow and water.
