# Live Hiring Manager Interview Practice

What happens when you move beyond the recruiter screen and sit down with the hiring manager?
Join MockInterviewLoop for an interactive Hiring Manager Interview Practice Session built around realistic interview questions, observation, and structured feedback.
Selected participants will take part in live mock interview practice while the group observes. Together, we'll examine what makes an answer effective, where it can be strengthened, and what a hiring manager may be listening for.

Not everyone attending will be interviewed live. Observation and discussion are part of the practice experience, and all participants can apply the learning to their own interview preparation.
