This is a FREE & PRIVATE coworking meetup group for hybrid, remote & freelance workers in Montgomery County (Maryland) looking for light networking while getting work done. We also meet at MoCo establishments to support local businesses with the occasional opportunity to hear from the small business & nonprofit leaders themselves. ABOUT THE ORGANIZER
Hi there, my name is Karen (or "KT") and I work 100% remote for a Fortune 100 bank and am also a strategic planning coach for startups & nonprofits. I was born in MoCo and am a recent returnee after 30+ years so am on a quest to get to know local MoCo establishments and meet other remote workers around town. Since 2021, I have been on the board of directors for Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County (www.crcmc.org), a CASA/GAL volunteer with Voices for Children Montgomery County (www.voicesforchildrenmontgomery.org), and a volunteer/advisor at the US Zen Institute in Germantown.
