Bio
Diem is an I/O Psychologist, PhD with a focus on human factors, specifically human computer interaction and service design. I am a hybrid organizational development (OD) and user experience (UX) consultant who has spent the past 10 years investigating human experience (user, employee, job candidate, customer, leadership, ect.) to drive decision making for large scale system and workforce development efforts that improves processes, services, websites, applications, and products for end-users.
