Building a Base - Robotic Mount Design

It’s time to turn to the framing and wheels of the telepresence robot.

We want something like the PadBot U2

So far we have:

Motor driver, motors (chosen for proper torque), Arduino controls.

At this meetup we will turn to drafting a frame using Tinker CAD. We need the following accomplished:

• Pick wheels
• Design base
• Design mount points
• Pick the base medium (wood, acrylic, etc..)
• Purchase supplies for an upcoming build event.
