Easy, flat, 5 to 7 miles, Prairie Ridge to Coyote Ridge trail or trailhead

This is almost entirely flat on a road, some elevation from Prairie Ridge trailhead up to the first fork, and if we go to the Coyote Ridge parking lot (up to group) there's some elevation going back.

Almost all road, maybe half a mile of good not-rocky trail.

5-7 mile out and back.
Small elevation.

About a mile or two south of Trilby.

Good amount of parking, usually not a problem, but if you can carpool conveniently that's always good.

Weather in Colorado can change rapidly. Plan to dress for the current weather, but bring something to add on just in case.

Water. Yes, bring some.

No water at either trailhead.

** RESTROOM

"Rustic" restroom at trailhead. Another about 2.5 miles in.

Not allowed.
