Aspen Peak, February 1

Because of the extremely cold temperature on Sunday January 25, I moved the date of this hike to Sunday, February 1.
Join us for a moderately difficult hike To the top of Aspen peak.

This hike starts at the Aspen Basin trail head and goes up the Windsor trail to the wilderness gate. We then take a social trail from there to the top of Aspen peak.
We will meet at the Dale Ball: Sierra del Norte Parking Lot and carpool to Aspen Basin.
Wear good hiking boots with "spikes" or snow shoes . Bring poles, hat, insulated gloves or mittens, sunscreen, plenty of water and lunch or snacks. Dogs on leash are welcome.
