All Trails describes this hike this Way. " This trail features a stream, shaded paths, and stunning sunset views, with varying terrain and some steep sections. Loop up to Saddle Back Ridge and back down to the stream for a beautiful hike. In July, the area is warm and dry, but mud, snow, and ice might be present during winter. Downloading the map is recommended due to the lack of trail markers in some areas."
Wear good hiking boots. Bring poles, hat, sunscreen, plenty of water. Dogs on leash are welcome.
