About us
Six men. One room. Zero performance.
Modern Man's Speakeasy is a small, confidential conversation for men — held once a month, virtual initially (but also occasionally in person), in London.
No advice-giving. Just six men in a room, talking honestly about the things we usually keep to ourselves: work, relationships, purpose, health, leadership, or whatever you're quietly trying to navigate.
Most men are taught to perform, not express.
I believed that for years, it cost me more than it ever gave me. This space exists for the men ready to try something different.
What to expect:
A closed group of six men, meeting monthly
A confidential, judgment-free space — what's said in the room stays in the room
No fixed agenda.
The conversation goes where the group needs it to go
Facilitated, but not led.
Who it's for:
Any man who wants a real conversation with other men who get it. No experience with coaching, therapy, or men's groups required — just a willingness to be honest.
Numbers are capped at six to keep the space genuinely safe and trusted, so early sign-up is recommended.

Who’s it for?
Any man who is open to honest conversation and wants to lead himself and others with greater authenticity.
Who am I?
If we haven’t met already, I’m Morgan, a former Management Consultant turned Leadership & Life Coach.
My passion is helping men courageously express what matters, build stronger connections and lead as more of their whole selves.

We’ll start with a simple check-in: your name and one thing that’s been on your mind this week.
From there, we’ll take turns sharing and let the conversation develop naturally.
Before we finish, everyone will have the chance to share one takeaway.
