Make It Stick

“The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.”

I wanted to avoid self-help books, but given the pace of modern life is still accelerating somehow, and this book is built on studies (as well as helpful anecdotes), perhaps Make It Stick is great book, not just for self-help, but also for thinking about how education and learning should be best approached.
