This is the monthly meeting of Modern Minimalism (4th Thursdays). It's online.
This month we have a new topic: how Minimalism can contribute to our wellbeing. We will review a how-to article on what influences wellbeing (autonomy, awareness, mental space), plus an academic article on the benefits of low-consumption lifestyles (from the Int’l Journal of Applied Positive Psychology). We hope you can attend this important discussion!
