Welcome to the first Meeting of the Modesto Filmmaking Acting Meetup Group.

This a Local Filmmaking / Acting collaboration group, where ideas may blossom, and sparks may fly as you meet new people and network and make contacts and find new opportunities to share your ideas, collaborate on projects, create new ones, attend acting auditions, try out for film roles in both big and small projects.

The First project on the Charter is a Filmmaker collaboration / Meetup / Actor/ Actress Audition to be a part of Television Network Series, a Television Series Pilot Episode for a television show that will be called "THE SHOW".

The Show is a Scifi show that takes place in an office, and in peoples minds, similar to the show "The Office". The best way to describe it is this, It's as if if The Office meets "Rick and Morty", meets SouthPark, Meets Dr. Who, Meets Pulp Fiction? and shakes hands with Monty Python while listening to coast to coast radio, and it captures the old Adult Swim vibes. It's a show about people who are content creators that work in an office environment, and download information directly to their minds from a giant glowing triangle on the wall, and from that create strange videos that basically parallels as strange adventures that we the viewers experience as they happen, and that document the strange adventures after the fact, and sometimes the lines of reality are blurred, the 4th wall is shattered, and comical parodies ensue with a strange reality shattering scifi concept is played out through a group of office personnel.
