Who wants to help me find the best barbecue in the area? Let's start with Big Vic's BBQ in Turlock. This place has cars lined up and down the sidewalks every weekend.

My goal right now is to post a different restaurant each month this spring, but I don't know of too many places that have great reputations, so if you have any suggestions, let me know! They can be sit-down restaurants or food trucks. I'd love to try different styles, too, Kansas City, Memphis, Texas style, whatever we can find locally.  Hopefully within an hour of Modesto/Turlock.
