Best BBQ Hunt Stop #2- VENUE CHANGE

Since slick Fork closed recently, let's meet at smokin' & Tippin' bbq truck in Modesto near the Walmart.

My goal right now is to post a different restaurant each month this spring, but I don't know of too many places that have great reputations, so if you have any suggestions, let me know! They can be sit-down restaurants or food trucks. I'd love to try different styles, too, Kansas City, Memphis, Texas style, whatever we can find locally. Hopefully within an hour of Modesto/Turlock.
