You are welcome to bring props to dance with (ie. Hula hoops, poi, or other flow toys) or borrow some of ours.

Ecstatic Dance is a form of free-style dance that is a beautiful and fun way to get in

touch with oneself and community at the same time. Also known as movement meditation or sweating your prayers, ecstatic dance unites the mind, body and spirit through movement, and is also fantastic exercise!

You may dance in any style or form you want. There are no steps to follow. The point is to connect with your body and let the dance flow with your energy, the music, and your fellow dancers. Move with whatever thoughts, feelings or sensations arise. This is not a spectator sport. Plan to participate.

Join us every Sunday for a light-filled morning of dance, art, and sound. Everyone is welcome – any age, any ability – to dance and be part of creating our community.Children accompanied by a guardian are absolutely welcome!
